The Dictionary of the Climate Debate (DCD)

Global Warming Policy Foundation
Definition: (Aka GWPF) A skeptic think tank formed in 2009 by Nigel Lawson and directed by Benny Peiser. Its stated goals are "to challenge 'extremely damaging and harmful policies' envisaged by governments to mitigate anthropogenic global warming."

Its academic advisory council has a pretty good line-up of skeptics, including Freeman Dyson, Richard Lindzen, Ian Plimer, and Philip Stott. Andrew Montford was appointed to run an inquiry into the three British Climategate-inquiries.
