The Dictionary of the Climate Debate (DCD)

Energy and Environment
Definition: An AGW skeptic's journal first published in 1989 and edited since 1996 by Sonja Boehmer-Christiansen.

It has published work by renowned skeptics such as Sallie Baliunas, Bjorn Lomborg, Patrick Michaels, Ross McKitrick, Steve McIntyre, Garth Paltridge, Fred Singer, Willie Soon, and Richard Lindzen.

1. Perhaps, the most famous paper it has published is Corrections to the Mann et. al. (1998) Proxy Data Base and Northern Hemisphere Average Temperature Series, the McIntyre and McKitrick paper which launched the hockey stick controversy. Click here to read it.

2. This journal is not carried in the ISI, which is stigmatic (or a sign that it is challenging the establishment - take your interpretational pick). Whatever your view on the validity of the McIntyre/McKitrick paper's critique, it seems to be becoming more and more accepted as a legitimate critique of Mann (et al.)'s work — and it is unlikely that at the time it could have been published by any journal other than E&E.
